The Kihei Kai Nani condo complex is located on six acres of tropical landscaping that includes a 60 foot pool and multiple gas BBQs. We are centrally located to convenience stores, shopping and restaurants to satisfy every taste, that are all within easy walking distance. There are also three grocery stores in the Kihei Area, all within a 5-10 minute drive away. World class restaurants, shopping and golf are also only a short drive away. Ask us for suggestions.
Located literally steps away from Kama'ole Beach II, our deluxe unit is one of the closest units to the ocean. The Kamaole II Beach offers great swimming and snorkeling or just a place to soak in the warm Maui sun or catch the sunset. There is also a picnic area, restroom facilities and an on-duty lifeguard at Kama'ole II Beach.
We are originally from Vancouver, BC Canada and have been vacationing in Maui for over 18 years and currently live in the US. We were married on Maui and finally decided to purchase our unit during a trip in 2006.
We had stayed at the Kihei Kai Nani on one of our trips to Maui and liked the central location of the complex. The ability to walk to restaurants and shopping as well as the three Kama'ole Beaches is great for guests who don't want to spend too much time driving. However, a short drive takes you to Wailea for a change of beach scenery, multiple dining choices or shopping to suit everyone's taste.
We have owned our unit since 2006 and love sharing our space with first time visitors and many repeat guests.
While Kihei temps and tradewinds are quite comfortable, there is a/c available.
We truly feel like we have the best location in the KKN complex. Enjoy your meals out on the lanai.
We offer our guests a dedicated and password-protected Wi-fi connection.
No need to settle for a cramped and uncomfortable sleep while you are on vacation.
Take advantage of the in-suite laundry and pack light for your stay.
Every guest receives a unique code that they can customize to something they will remember.
Go ahead and call your friends and family and tell them how great your vacation is going!

We Love our Guests
This is one of the best places I have ever stayed on Maui. It was close to everything you might need, restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The owner was very nice as was the live in neighbors next store and the very friendly staff.
My favorite part was sitting on the lanai, having a cocktail and watching the sunset over the beach.
Rented out three properties from these condo unit.It was our 40th Anniversary and wanted family there. My daughter and husband stayed in this unit and absolutely loved it!This unit out of the three was the nicest and had the best location.Only one negative thing was no air in bedroom only ceiling fan, besides that all great!Thank you Cheryl
Perfect location to stay in Kihei, Maui with restaurants and shops close by and an excellent view of the ocean. I would definitely stay there again!
We loved staying at your well appointed condo. Appreciated the comfortable king size bed, being able to make breakfast each day and enjoy eating it on the lanai with that fantastic ocean view. The location is perfect. We like to snorkel, so being close to so many of the best beaches was handy. Plus some of our favorite restaurants were within walking distance, which was very convenient. Even used the washer/dryer a few times. Overall a wonderful time and would stay again when in Maui and recommend to all our friends.
Had everything we needed and more. Right across the street from a great beach and walking distance to several restaurants. We especially recommend Cafe O'Lei for dinner, less than a hundred yards walk north from the unit.
This is my 6th time staying at the Kihei Kai Nani and this was the best condo I've stayed in so far. Totally updated, great location/view, comfortable bed, all amenities, keyless entry. There is no need for anything. I thought with the bedroom window backing onto the strip mall parking lot that it would be quite noisy, but it was not. There were no noise issues at all. Would highly recommend.

If you are interested in some excursion trips, I would suggest the Road to Hana or Haleakala. Haleakala has you leaving at 2-3AM to see the sunrise or you can opt for the sunset. If you are an early riser the sunrise might be an option it might be an option. The drive to Hana is a whole day tour and you can either drive yourself or book a tour. Full disclosure, the drive can be a long and tedious (many curves and single lane bridges, so if motion sickness is an issue this trip may not be an option) and I would only recommend doing it in good (no rain) weather. It will take the entire day, I recommend leaving early in the morning. If you book a tour then you can leave the driving to someone else so you will just get to sit back and relax and take in the sights.
These are a couple of the well-known companies.
If you want a bit more adventure than snorkeling off the beach, either one of the snorkel trips out to Molokini or Turtle Town are a good choice. You can't come all the way to Hawaii and not get out on the water. There should be some snorkeling gear at the condo. However, I do usually recommend that you go to Snorkel Bob's or Auntie Snorkel's and rent a set for your stay if there is room in your budget. I would try on the stuff at the condo to see if it is comfortable. The last thing you want is a snorkel or fins that don't fit properly. If you plan a trip out to Molokini, do the morning trip. While it means heading out to Maalaea Harbor early in the morning (~ 20-30 minute drive North), you will have calmer waters and will have the best chance to get to Molokini. They do offer snorkeling as well as snuba. The latter is a good option if you do not have a scuba license and want to get 20 ft below to get a better view. Your air tank floats at the surface and you are attached to an air hose to breath. We usually go with Four Winds, they have been in business for a long time. If you go with the morning trip, you get a BBQ lunch on the trip back in. It is whale season, so there is a possibility of seeing whales beaching as you make your way out to Molokini as well.
